REFUND & RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept and return an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Gudnex will either give you an 85% refund (as some 15% of your money has been used as the initial shipping cost of your order) or repost your order to you just in case the integrity of the container was mishandled by third parties during postage, and you would still like to have a replacement of the same product. 

To have your order reposted to you instead of being refunded, make sure to email or call the customer service socials to confirm otherwise you automatically get a refund as the stated number of days that our refunds take to be paid back.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Gudnex will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
